Your dashboard is where you track inquiries, saved items, appointments, service requests, documents, and messages.

• Open it anytime from Dashboard.
• If you haven’t completed onboarding yet, you’ll be prompted to finish onboarding before accessing dashboard features.
• Saved items: quickly return to listings and pros you’ve saved while browsing.
• Appointments: review upcoming showings and booking-related activity.
• Service requests: create requests, review quotes, and manage updates in one place.
• Documents: upload and manage documents related to your activity.
• Messages: continue conversations securely without switching apps.
• If you also have a Pro profile, you’ll see a shortcut to open your Pro workspace.

• Start with your goal (buy, rent, invest, or book a stay) and your preferred area or country.
• Include hard constraints (budget, bedrooms, timeline, must-have amenities, pet policy) to get a more accurate shortlist.
• Ask for comparisons (e.g. “A vs B neighborhoods”, “ROI assumptions”, “walkability”) to make faster decisions.
• If you want a follow-up, share the best contact method and time window in chat.

• Start on Properties to see the latest listings.
• Use filters to narrow by location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and property type.
• Open a listing for full details, photos, and key features.
• Use the contact options to ask questions, request viewings, or get a tailored shortlist.

• Visit Areas to learn about neighborhoods, lifestyle, and what to expect in each location.
• Use area pages to compare options before you shortlist properties or plan a trip.

• Browse available stays on Vacation Rentals.
• Open a rental to review amenities, house rules, photos, and pricing.
• Use the booking form to request dates and confirm details.
• Leave a review after your stay to help other guests.

• Use Pro Finder to match with professionals for property, construction, and services.
• Open a pro profile to view specialties, service areas, and portfolio items (when available).
• Send a service request with clear scope, timelines, and budget expectations for faster quotes.

• Check Messages to continue conversations, share details, and coordinate next steps.
• Enable notifications in settings to stay on top of replies and booking updates.

• Update your profile, notification preferences, and currency in Settings.
• If you’re onboarding as a Pro, complete verification steps to unlock Pro features.
